  • 2K Technical Engineering Office was established in 2010, following the extensive experience of its founder, Mr. Dimitrios K. Kalkinis, as a civil engineer in well-known Greek companies such as J&P AVAX, ARCHIRODON, IMPREGILLO and TECNICAS REUNIDA. The specialized knowledge of his core business partner, Dr. Asterios Liolios – Professor at the University of Thrace (Reinforced Concrete) accompanied by a number of experienced engineers, architects, designers and other qualified personnel creates a dynamic team which is  committed in achieving  the highest standards in their field.

2k technical engineering office provides services on building reconstruction, control of static structural adequacy, retrofitting application for buildings (KAN.EPE.), mechanical studies for buildings as well as dealing with construction matters regarding gas pipelines and pools. 

2k Technical Engineering Office, led by Civil Engineer Mr. Dimitris K. Kalkinis has established partnership with the National Bank of Greece concerning the assessment and appraisal of real estate, and is a member of the association of Greek Valuers ( http://www.avag.gr ).

Furthermore, our collaboration with energy saving companies enables us to conduct studies and constructions concerning energy efficient buildings.

Caprice of Mykonos

The Athenian version of the Caprice of Mykonos placed in the leafy suburb of Kifissia Square Kefalariou has continued! The 2K took the creation of Aqua Marina ,a cafe next precisely from the Caprice which will offer coffee , cold dishes and small delicacies. In the same philosophy of Caprice, Aqua Marina with the sui generis architectural aesthetics, aims to bring the island in town!

The execution of the project will be carried out in the coming months .

Wizard Rock Club

The rebuilding of the old Wizard Rock Club in Maroussi at the boulevard Kifisias Avenue 119 is a fact. The shop with a new name and new team has commissioned in our offices the refurbishment of the bar and the creation of a rock Live scene, which will create perfect atmosphere.

The rebuilding of the shop includes beyond licensing, changing architectural looks , New internal space configuration , flow diagrams, study and execution but ventilation and lighting design and acoustic space.
